Well thats the first drop of snow now hitting the little village of Alford once again. The MX will be moved into the drive way as of tomorrow, and wont be out to play unless its for some late night streeto bashings.
Of course with the snow usually comes lots of other things, such as bad driving, many accidents, delayed flights, terrible road conditions and of course last but not least Mr good ol’ Santa J Claus. I was looking through some photo’s today archived under ‘random’ and came across some pictures from when I sent myself home some gifts to open .. from UP Garage, Japan.
Or something like that😉 Im off back to Japan shortly for another stunt, some more shopping and some drifting. I plan on heading to visit some garages chiba based to get an insight on some of the worlds most famous cars on the scene at the moment – So keep tuned.
Iv babbled on before about UP Garage alot before, so i’ll try restrain myself. For those not in the know, UP Is a chain of stores based through out Japan. They deal with second hand car parts and of course the usual found new ‘tat’ most would title, they’d likely to see in their own Halfrauds. Some title the place ‘Mark UP!’ with some of the prices being pretty crazy, and op for places such as Cyrstal or Yellow Hat. However in my experience, UP hasnt let me down so far.. and i’ll spent alot of wedge on their stuff! Including the rims im rolling on.
Im a little un interested in what others have to think about things like this, Iv been to Yellow Hat and Cyrstal and I far prefer UP!
This little pick up belong’d to the owner of this Tokyo Based UP and the 14 was his co-worker. I got speaking to them both and they told me the pickup is drifted alot, hard. Thats what I like to hear.
Can ya guess what it is yet?🙂 One of the many boxes exported home full to the brim with Japanese toys and parts.. For cars I dont even own haha.
So anyway – With the snow now falling, snowboard season is upon us and we have hills to ride. Take care to all out there driving these conditions, and I wish you all a Merry Christmas!
